At Stars for Life Childcare Education, we seek financially qualified individuals who have a passion for working with children and their families. We encourage those with a love of lifelong learning to explore our opportunity. Prospective franchisees may come from various professional backgrounds, though experience in education is a plus. We seek owner operators who have obtained or can obtain their Owner’s Educational Certification. We are looking for driven business-builders who see the potential of our brand and can’t wait to open a Stars for Life Childcare Education early learning franchise, with our support.
We invite you and one other lead educator to our headquarters location in Vancouver, British Columbia. Both can expect to attend training for two weeks to learn the Stars for Life Childcare Education business model in the classroom and on the job. We will also provide an onsite training visit at your location for up to three days for you and your staff. Of course, we are always available via phone and email when you need us. Franchisees have exclusive access to our Stars for Life Childcare Education rotating curriculum and confidential operations manual to help run their early learning franchise effectively on a day-to-day basis.
The total initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $294,400 to $781,300, depending on location capacity / student count. This includes a $55,000 initial franchise fee for a single unit agreement. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.
We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.
We charge a royalty fee equal to 6% of net revenues. This fee allows us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of programs, classes, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades. For a full list of fees and requirements, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
Franchise owners will be required to spend 1% of net revenues into the brand development fund. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Stars for Life Childcare Education brand and cover the creative costs to develop local marketing materials and campaigns.
The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with three subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
